ABOUT · CONDENSATEATLAS

More than a list of condensates.
A connected evidence landscape.

CondensateAtlas is a research-facing knowledge and prediction workspace for biomolecular condensation. We connect structured evidence, learning paths, recent-paper analysis and future predictive models without hiding the limits of each claim.

WHY WE BUILD

Condensate evidence is rich, but fragmented.

A protein name, a microscopy image and a phase diagram answer different questions. We preserve constructs, partners, conditions, assays and publication status so that results can be compared without flattening their experimental context.

OUR PROMISES

Open enough to inspect. Careful enough to trust.

Traceable

DOIs, publication status, figure provenance and data sources stay visible.

Boundary-aware

In-vitro evidence is not silently promoted to a cellular or clinical mechanism.

Share responsibly

Figures are hosted, cropped or linked only within their reuse permissions.

Built in public

Coverage, models and explanations remain versioned and open to correction.

ABOUT THE FOUNDER

I’m Luyi Han. I study condensate biology and build tools for shared evidence.

I started CondensateAtlas because learning this field requires moving repeatedly between primary papers, figures, databases, and physical models. My goal is to organize these materials into a traceable research workspace: one that separates observation from interpretation, distinguishes molecular components from whole condensates, and keeps assumptions and evidence limits visible. I am developing the platform while continuing to learn, and I welcome corrections, contributions, and research collaboration.
