CURATION MODEL

One protein can occupy many phase spaces.

A protein label alone is not a phase diagram. The atlas preserves constructs, molecular partners, buffer conditions, assays, and negative observations so that evidence can be compared without erasing experimental context.

Protein layer

Identity, function, condensate association, literature, and mapped LDR / IDR intervals.

System layer

Single, binary, multicomponent, or ambiguous-complex classification from explicit components.

Condition layer

Construct, concentration, salt, buffer, temperature, additives, morphology, and detection method.

PROVENANCE

Traceable by design.

Every view is derived from public research databases and routes back to primary literature. This release normalizes identifiers but does not silently merge conflicting experimental claims.

Coverage is broad, not final. Database releases differ in scope and update cadence; always inspect the linked primary paper before experimental use.
